2022 Tax Assessment Update
The board of the Tarawood Special Dependent Taxing District has proposed an
increase to the allowable maximum tax assessment to $250.00 per annum for
each residential lot in accordance with Taxing District Charter per Ordnance #89-
40. Any increase to the annual assessment requires approval following
advertised public meetings. All funds collected are for the common good of
Tarawood.
